How do I choose a crystal?

There is no right or wrong way to choose a crystal. Some people will feel extremely guided to a particular stone and can't explain why -- others will simply fall in love with a shape, colour, or sparkle. Some people choose crystals specifically for their properties and the support they offer, while others just want a decoration piece in the living room.

Crystals can work in surprising ways, and sometimes know what we need even better than we do. 

How can I find what I am looking for?

On our drop-down menu, you will be able to find a few different ways to shop. If you're after a specific crystal or shape, try using the search bar. (And if you get really stuck, we're only a message away <3)

If you are gifting a crystal with someone in mind, chances are you'll be drawn to a piece they'll love. 

How often do you get new products? 

We have an entire showroom full of crystals, and so uploading every piece takes time. If you cannot see what you are looking for, get in touch and we might have it in stock or be able to source it for you.

How long will it take to process my order?

We aim to have all parcels shipped within 24 working hours. Our couriers are committed to next day delivery, however delays can happen that are beyond our control. 

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $120 have free shipping anywhere within New Zealand. We reserve the right to change this threshold at any time. For orders less than this, our shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All values will be shown in your cart before paying. 

Please note that there is an extra charge for rural delivery -- if you live rurally, you will already be aware of this! Please ensure you select this correct option at checkout to avoid delays to your order. (This surcharge is set by the courier company, and not by us). 

How do you protect your crystals in transit?

We have rigorously tested our packaging and shipping methods to keep crystals and other goods as safe as possible. However, accidents can sometimes happen beyond our control. We use eco-friendly packaging where possible, however, at times we may have to use traditional packaging methods if that is all we have available. Protecting our crystals so they arrive safely in one piece is our priority! Many customers have stored and re-used our wrapping paper, boxes, and bubble wrap.
