How do I choose a crystal?
There is no right or wrong way to choose a crystal. Some people will feel extremely guided to a particular stone and can't explain why -- others will simply fall in love with a shape, colour, or sparkle. Some people choose crystals specifically for their properties and the support they offer, while others just want a specimen piece in the living room.
How can I find what I am looking for?
On our drop-down menu, you will be able to find a few different ways to shop. If you're after a specific crystal or shape, try using the search bar. (And if you get really stuck, we're only a message away <3)
How often do you get new products?
We have an entire showroom full of crystals, and so uploading every piece takes time. If you cannot see what you are looking for, get in touch and we might have it in stock or be able to source it for you.

Shipping
Packaging Timeframe:
We strive to package and ship your order within 48 working hours. If you have a specific deadline—such as a birthday—please include this in the order notes. We’ll do our best to expedite your order, subject to courier availability.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link. If you haven’t received it after a few days, please check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact us for assistance.
Courier Responsibility:
After your order is dispatched, it’s in the hands of the courier. We have no control over delivery speed or potential delays. For delivery inquiries or issues, it’s often quicker to contact the courier directly. If the matter isn’t resolved satisfactorily, please inform us, and we’ll assist further.
Rural Delivery:
Courier companies determine rural addresses. If you reside in a rural area, a surcharge applies. Please select the rural delivery option at checkout to avoid delays, as we cannot ship until this fee is paid. Occasionally, an address may be considered rural by one courier but not another.

Perfume Orders:
Orders containing perfumer’s alcohol (e.g., body sprays, perfumes, reed diffusers) are classified as dangerous goods. This classification may cause slight transit delays, adding an extra day or two to your order. We appreciate our dedicated couriers working hard to deliver your parcels safely and promptly.

How do you protect your crystals in transit?
We have rigorously tested our packaging and shipping methods to keep crystals and other goods as safe as possible. However, accidents can sometimes happen beyond our control. Protecting our crystals so they arrive safely in one piece is our priority! Many customers have stored and re-used our wrapping paper, boxes, and bubble wrap.
My tracking says delivered, but my parcel isn't here. What now?
We send all orders with signature required, so it should be easy to track down. In the first instance, double check places like your letterbox, other property entrances, doors etc. If you still have no luck, please reach out to NZ Couriers and let them know. If you need extra support, we're here to help.
I changed my mind - can I exchange my order for something else?
